I have been using Cold Air Essex as a sub-contractor for over 3 years, in both a Service and an Installation capacity. I'm always impressed by their application to each individual project and their technical knowledge but also their ability to communicate - when I have an engineer on site they need to be able to liaise directly with a client and must be able to
project a professional appearance at all times and conduct themselves in a professional manner whenever they are customer-facing.
It's not always what you do but how you relate that to the client which is important and I never have to worry about this when using Cold Air Essex . Knowing nothing about temperature controlled storage I was dreading picking up the phone, making a fool of myself and worst of all being ripped off. Cold Air Essex could not of been more helpful, they did a site visit, clearly explained the different options and gave advice that best suited our requirements and budget. The install was quick and clean, exactly what we needed and I couldn’t be happier. I would certainly use them again.
Cold Air Essex have done a wonderful job installing, servicing and maintaining our AC over the last few years. We are not a large company so for us price, reliability and service are even more important. Their initial install was carried out professionally and the workmanship was second to none, they clearly take pride in their work. When faults or breakdowns have occurred Cold Air Essex have always been on site quickly and sorted out problems in a minimal amount of time.
